Focus Services is seeking motivated, dependable individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. Our Representatives enjoy working in an exciting environment that offers excellent advancement opportunities, competitive salary, and a comprehensive benefits package. Our Customer Service Representatives are the most important part of our Focus Family and we are we are deeply invested in creating a culture of growth and progress for them.

Earning Potential

  • $12.00-$12.50 per hour

  • Bonus potential

  • Added incentives for performance, hours, etc.

  • Clearview point purchasing system

Responsibilities

  • Field inbound calls in a professional manner

  • Focus on Customer Retention

  • Respond to and resolve customer questions

  • Research possible solutions to customer issues

  • Sell / Up sell products on customer's account

  • Deescalate upset customers

Are you a good fit?

  • Proficient PC and keyboarding skills with ability to multi-task through different applications/screens

  • The ability to type 25 wpm

  • Good numerical and analytical skills

  • Skill to communicate effectively with customers

  • Ability to handle a high stress environment

  • Willingness to work in a fast pace work environment

  • Ability to be proactive

Application & Certification Process

  • Sign an offer letter commitment

  • Pass a background/drug test

  • Complete all training certification requirements which include a combination of required facilitated sessions and several self-led eLearning modules for 4 weeks.
