Heavenly Greens is looking for a committed and experienced Call Center Representative.
The person hired will oversee the timely scheduling of our customer requests for more information on our product. You will interact with the staff to maximize effectiveness, while targeting call center goals that include consistent top quality-service delivery and appointment setting competence. You must be able to adjust to changes in scripts, sales pitches and marketing strategies. Must be familiar with basic software, office equipment and MUST have a positive, optimistic attitude! Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and be able to work evenings and Saturdays.

-EXPERIENCE IN SALES (This is not a sales position)
JOB SKILS PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED:
-1 - 2 years of experience working in a call center
-1 - 2 years of experience in sales
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must have above average proficiency with CRM software (any), online map programs (mapquest, googlemaps, etc), Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
