Manage Calls: Handle a high volume of incoming calls, providing excellent customer service. Generate Leads:

Identify customer needs and create sales leads. Build Relationships: Develop trust and maintain relationships with customers.

Provide Information: Offer accurate and complete information about products and services. Achieve Targets:

Meet sales and call handling quotas. Handle Complaints: Resolve customer issues and ensure follow-up.

Keep Records: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and process accounts. Follow Procedures:

Adhere to communication guidelines and policies. Engage Customers: Enhance customer experience through proactive engagement.

Refer Dealers: Connect customers with dealers for sales or service, and provide warranty and product information. Triage Products:

Manage issues with remote access or Wi-Fi capable products and refer to appropriate departments. Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to type 35-45 words per minute.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints effectively. High School Diploma or GED.
