A prominent organization in the entertainment industry is seeking a professional, outgoing, and energetic Call Center Representative to join their high-volume Participant Services Center. This temp-to-hire role is ideal for a customer service-oriented individual with experience in health and pension plan benefits, who can communicate complex plan policies in simple, easy-to-understand terms. Key Responsibilities:

Handle a high volume of inbound calls and emails related to benefits, eligibility, claims, pension, premium payments, and other related topics. Maintain accurate and detailed records of participant interactions in the CRM system. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing participant concerns promptly and effectively.

Meet established call center performance metrics to support departmental and company goals. Ensure consistent and punctual attendance, maintaining a reliable presence in the workplace. Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in benefit plan administration and customer service in a high call volume environment. Preferred experience with Taft-Hartley, pension, and health plan benefits knowledge. Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly.

Excellent attendance and punctuality, with the flexibility to work overtime/extended hours as needed. Proficient in PC skills, including MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint, with familiarity with CRM systems. Typing skills of 45 words per minute, with preferred 10-key skills by touch.

Additional Information: Candidates must be comfortable working on-site every day in Studio City, CA. This is a hands-on role that requires a proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
