Job Posting Summary

We are lookiing for a Referrals Coordinator the Baptist Cardiology office located at the Cardiac Access Center. This is a Full-Time Days opportunity.

The hours for this position are typically between 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Depending on the needs of the office, hours may vary on occasion.

The Referral Coordinator responsibilities include:

• Providing referral assistance to physicians, patients, and insurance companies
• Maintains medical documentation
• Scheduling appointments
• Processing prescriptions and referrals
