Our client is in the travel and tourism industry. They are seeking a Call Center Recruiter to join their team!
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$40 - $45/hr
Position Overview:
The Call Center Recruiter will manage the complete recruitment cycle for call center roles, from sourcing and screening to hiring top candidates suited for remote work. This position requires a skilled recruiter with experience in high-volume hiring, sourcing expertise, and strong collaboration with hiring managers.
Responsibilities of the Call Center Recruiter:
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment for call center roles, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality candidates
- Develop targeted recruitment strategies for remote roles to identify candidates who will excel in a remote environment
- Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and offer guidance on recruitment strategies for optimal hiring outcomes
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates qualifications, experience, and fit, and coordinate further interviews with hiring managers
- Create and post job listings across various platforms to attract a diverse candidate pool, ensuring postings are current and aligned with role needs
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and track recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring strategies
- Support the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires
Qualifications for the Call Center Recruiter:
- 3+ years full cycle recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for high turnover/high volume positions
- Experience recruiting for remote workers
- Experience partnering with hiring managers
- Experience in travel or tourism
- Call center hiring experience
- Experience hiring a high volume of requisitions
- Hiring of a remote employees
- Experience partnering with hiring managers
Education Requirements:
- College degree is required
