We are seeking a Call Center Paging Representative (Communication Center Representative) to:
Support paging, messaging and scheduling, and appointment services for UW Health.
Provide remarkable customer service to UW Health staff, physicians, and patients.
Confirm and cancel appointments on nights, weekends and holidays for specifically designated clinics.
Take various calls ranging from connecting callers to inpatient rooms, notifying an on-call physician about an organ offer, and executing emergency plans.
You will use:
High quality personal computer workstations.
State-of-the-art telephone technology in a call center environment.
Proprietary software programs specifically designed for call handling, message taking, appointment scheduling and radio paging services.
