Title:  Call Center Outreach Representative

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: 10-hour shifts, 4 days a week, 8:30 AM to 7 PM, no weekends

Hourly Range: $19 per hour

We are seeking motivated applicants with relevant healthcare and/or call center sales experience to join our fast-growing department, booking patients with our mobile health team from lists provided by our partners.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct 100 or more outreach calls daily to schedule patients for appointments with our mobile health team

• Review and explain services identified as gaps by our health insurance partners to patients.

• Track all calls and interactions in our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.

• Collect demographic information by phone and accurately document it in internal systems while booking.

• Provide excellent customer service to patients via phone, email, and text message.

• Conduct yourself in a courteous, helpful, and professional manner when dealing with patients, co-workers, supervisors, and the public.

• Take on other duties as assigned.

• Roll up your sleeves and get things done!

Qualifications:

• Experience working in a call center, especially in sales/outreach roles (preferred)

• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Zoho CRM (preferred)

• Excellent verbal communication skills

• Tech-savvy or comfortable with technology, such as Five9
