Working under the direction of the Manager, this position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Support Services department with strong emphasis in Customer Service supervision. Additional responsibilities include reporting functions to ensure compliance with AB1455, attention to CMS guidelines and department policy and procedures.

Required qualifications:

  • 3 years of medical office or call center experience.
  • 3 years of customer service experience. Prefer within the healthcare/insurance industry.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Some college
  • 5 years of experience with scheduling in a medical office
  • 3 years of supervisory experience
