The Company
JOB DESCRIPTION
Paid Training for 1-3 weeks.
Serve as a primary contact for inbound customer inquiries via telephone, Internet, e-mail or fax transmission.
Provide customer service assistance for all internal and external customers .
Answer customer questions related to: Orders, Product Availability, Pricing, (RMAs) Return Merchandise Authorizations, etc. via Phones and/or E-mail.
Process Orders / Order Entry in PC using ORACLE ERP Software - (will train).
ORACLE ( ERP) Enterprise Resource Software is similar
to: SAP, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics, PeopleSoft, Odoo, or Kinetic
Process (RMAs) - Return Merchandise Authorizations request in ORACLE ERP - (training provided) some ERP Software experience is (a Plus).
Maintain required quality levels for phone and data entry activities
Follow pre-defined procedures to identify, evaluate, solve and escalate customer issues.
