Call Center Customer Service / Data Entry position in our Orlando, FL Call Center!
*Starting pay rate $11.00/hr.The Offline Solutions Rep is responsible for providing support to both internal and external customers by following up on orders that require offline attention as well as working multiple queues to resolve outstanding issues within designated service time frames. Receives work assignment via e-mail or queue and reviews data to determine the type of processing required to provide support to call center agents by following up on issues that cannot be resolved during the initial call such as check research, member disputes, billing issues, adjustments, etc.
Our ideal candidate must have minimum 6 months Sales, Retention, or negotiation experience face to face OR in Call Center Setting
