Part time Schedule: 25hrs+/wk (specific schedule to be discussed upon interview. Part time schedules varies from Monday-Friday 7:45am-5pm.)

Location: 1701 W 72nd Ave, Denver, CO 80221*

Pay rate: $16.50-$18.50 per hour to start or more if candidate has significant previous call center experience.

As a Communications Specialist, you will:

  • Answer incoming calls at our Communications Center in our Pecos Clinic.

  • Schedule, cancel, confirm or reschedule appointments according to the scheduling guidelines.

  • Transfer calls to the clinics according to protocol.

  • Maintain cultural sensitivity when dealing with customers and coworkers.

  • Respond to patient emails professionally and in a timely manner, helping them to gain access to Clinica Care.

  • Act as a team player in all work situations.

  • Always consider "what is the right thing to do?" when making a decision.

  • Look for ways to improve job quality and create a fun work atmosphere.

VIEW JOBS 9/27/2022 12:00:00 AM 2022-12-26T00:00 <p>BILINGUAL SPANISH-SPEAKING CALL CENTER AGENT JOB OPPORTUNITIES</p><ul><li><p>Pay: $17.50/hr</p></li><li><p>Health &amp; Welfare fringe: $4.41/hr up to 40 hours per week</p></li><li><p>Remote position</p></li><li><p>Schedule - temporary, 40 hours</p></li></ul><p>What do our Call Center Agents do in this role?</p><p>You'll serve as a direct point of contact for individuals registering for federal assistance, asking questions about a prior registration, and seeking relief program referrals via the call center. Additionally, you'll perform duties assigned based on FEMA's level of support to the event. Examples include but are not limited to Registration Intake (RI), Helpline (HL), Transitional Sheltering Assistance (TSA), performing outbound calls, conducting document reviews, and providing referrals to other disaster assistance providers.</p><ul><li><p>Conduct all calls with patience, tact, and courtesy to determine needs, and provide instructions and/or referrals.</p></li><li><p>Enter information into FEMA's Windows-based computer database as required, while following instructions and conducting a scripted interview.</p></li><li><p>Provide phone numbers and agency referrals as necessary for applicable secondary support organizations and other assistance.</p></li><li><p>Attend all scheduled shift meetings to receive event-specific information prior to the beginning of the shift.</p></li><li><p>All call agent work; e.g. data entry, shall be done while the disaster survivor is on the phone. A maximum of 10 seconds of &quot;after call&quot; work is allowable should the call drop.</p></li><li><p>Shall strive to meet these average handle times (AHT) while maintaining excellent customer service and quality control.</p></li><li><p>Registration Intake (RI) - 24-minute AHT.
