  • Manages a staff of professional-level team members or manages a team through lower-level supervisors. * Works within general policies and management guidance, independently determining approach to managing daily operations. * Provides guidance and technical advice, becoming actively involved as necessary. * Provides leadership of assigned departments through subordinate leaders. * Analyzes budget variances and participates in the development of action plans. * Ensures the highest level of support, technical detail and communications is provided in an efficient and courteous manner to clients.

    Requirements:
    * Takes lead position in initiating client relationships, determining project scope, developing the final proposal, and making executive presentations. * Typically requires 10- 12 years relevant experience. * Includes 3-5 years managerial/ leadership experience. * Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. * Graduate degree preferred. * Advanced influencing and communication skills. * Advanced client service skills and leadership capabilities. * Advanced knowledge, understanding and application of project management principles and methodologies. * Models excellent analytical / problem solving skills.Preferences: * Excellent organizational and time management skills. * Excellent budgeting, business financial and P&L skills. * Ability to develop comprehensive and complex operational and strategic plans

    Minimum Requirements:

After the initial training period this position will be a work from home(remote) position. * Answers calls providing prompt, accurate, level service to Clients including: card activation, PIN replacement/reset, lost and stolen cards, and coupon conversions. * Answers calls from retailers to provide prompt, accurate service including downloads, supply requests, dispatch requests, troubleshooting and problem escalation. * Diagnose and troubleshoot problems and take appropriate action. * Promote and enhance excellent customer relations. Qualifications * High School diploma or equivalent * 1 year of customer service experience within a call center or comparable industry preferred * Ability to operate a computer and navigate through functions, basic data entry skills, solid oral and written communication skills, strong customer service skills * 24 hours per dayx 365 day per year call center, weekends and holidays required * All Shifts Available - 1st, 2nd and 3rd - shift differential offered for 2nd and 3rd shift * You will be required to have a high speed internet connection with a hard wired connection into your router.
