Preferred Qualifications: A valid credential required for the subject issued by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC). Organizational and time-management skills to manage caseloads, maintain accurate records, and meet deadlines.

Cultural competence and sensitivity to work with diverse student populations and address issues related to equity, inclusion, and social justice. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Strong organizational skills, adaptable to an evolving environment.

This is a remote position; the employee must reside in California. 10-month positions will begin on August 13th, 2024. 12- month positions will begin on July 1, 2024 Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision. Travel will be required on occasion for in-person events throughout Northern and Southern California. Flexible attitude and ability to adapt to new roles and responsibilities.

Capacity to work extended hours at a computer, demonstrating sustained focus and productivity. Proficiency in using standard office software, such as Google Office Suite.

Comments and Other Information

Duties: The capability to operate at a computer station for 8 hours daily.

Ability to transport documents and testing supplies within the office or during company-related events. Utilization of technology to communicate and collaborate with staff, students or caretakers. Mandatory travel for our Back to School Event, testing, and other school-related events located in Northern, Central and Southern California.

Repetitive bending, hand motion, or twisting. All positions are remote; working from your home office is recommended. Application Process:

Applications will be reviewed typically 2-3 weeks after job posting is live. Applicants with preferred experience and qualifications will receive a digital interview. Digital interviews will be reviewed 2-3 weeks after applicants have submitted.

Panel interviews will be scheduled following the review of digital interviews. After panel interviews, we will conduct reference checks, which may take 1-2 weeks. Candidates should expect to receive an offer 4-6 weeks after they submit their application.
