You will be responsible for ensuring the calibration of all tools, gages, fixtures, etc. are completed in a timely manner and in accordance with all procedures and regulations. You are organized with a strong math/technical background.

Duties:

  • Calibrate a wide assortment of gages, tools, fixtures, etc. with complex geometries.

  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels of gages and order replacements as required.

  • Coordinate the vendor performed calibration of equipment to minimize equipment down time.

  • Maintain calibration record databases to a standard that meets or exceeds procedures and regulations.

  • Monitor and maintain the list of all calibration due dates and ensure all items are properly recorded to ensure no non-conformances.

  • You will perform all tasks at the highest level of safety awareness

Education / Certifications

  • Associates Degree in a technical field or equivalent

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or GED
  • U.S. Citizenship required due to government contracts
  • 6 months plus manufacturing experience, technical training, military training experience, or completion of Certified Manufacturing Specialist Program

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A strong knowledge of higher-level mathematics (i.e. trigonometry, algebra, geometry, etc.) and the ability to apply that knowledge to complex situations and applications.

  • GD&T training and / or experience.

  • Advance knowledge of complicated blue print reading, along with the ability to apply to common practices in a tight tolerance environment.

  • Advance knowledge to use and apply multiple layout tools daily and work to tolerances of +/- 0.00002"

  • Knowledge of sine plates, angle plates, Jo blocks, height stands and Cadillac gages along with common MT&E (i.e. micrometers, dial calipers, indicators, CMMs, etc.).

  • Basic knowledge of Pressure, Vacuum, Electrical, Force, and Torque

  • The ability to work at a rapid pace in an environment which changes frequently.

  • The ability to work overtime if / when needed.

  • Computer experience with Microsoft office and SAP.

The behavior technician will be responsible for skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction plans developed by the BCBA to deliver quality therapeutic services to each child.
