About the role:
Calibrates, maintains, repairs, and troubleshoots instrumentation and equipment for laboratory and manufacturing plants to ensure conformance to established calibration standards. Supports the calibration services department in ensuring compliance to the various procedures, work instructions, the ISO and QSR regulations, and internal policies.
Your responsibilities include:
Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on instruments and equipment
Cordinate Calibration, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of instrumentation and equipment.
Act as site expert in maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting IM&T equipment.
Perform Out-Of-Tolerance (OOT) Assessment.
Generate PO and follow through their approvals.
Train others on calibration processes and procedures.
Follow calibration and PM procedures. Recommend changes to calibration and PM procedures.
Continuous Improvement; applying cost of quality principles; developing and reporting department metrics.
Performs the duties of Level I, II, & III coordinator, independently.
Be able to work independently with minimal guidance. May direct the work of other calibration technicians.

Proven record of working closely and successfully with manufacturing and process development engineers.
Self-motivated and strong work ethic
Great attitude and strong desire to learn new skills
Basic understanding of medical device documentation requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
