CALENDAR CLERK – Grossman, Heavey & Halpin, Brick, NJ. We are a Medical Malpractice Defense firm located in Brick, New Jersey.

We are seeking an extremely organized individual to handle the scheduling and confirming of meetings, depositions and court conferences for an extremely busy calendar of 5 attorneys. Scheduling experience required of at least 1-3 years. The individual must know how to use Word and Outlook programs.

The position is available for immediate hire. The salary is commensurate with experience. We offer vacation and sick time.

Medical Insurance is available, if needed. The office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and the position is an in-person position (not remote).
