1、仓储质量管理体系的建立和优化提升；
Establish and improve warehouse quality management system;
2、仓储运营质量指标、运营评价体系的设计,推进过程预警与分层升级,并主导质量事件与改善的闭环提升；
Design the warehouse operation quality metric and evaluation system. Facilitate alarm and escalation mechanism and take leads on quality incident investigation and improvement;
3、围绕库存、效期、逆向、残品管理,建设分行业分场景的管理策略与能力,沉淀流程标准、策略机制；
Define the strategy and enhance capability for topics like inventory, expiration date, reverse and defective in different verticals;
4、质量改善优化项目,内部协同推进落地,并参与新流程涉及的质量评估；
Coordinate internal shareholders to drive quality improvement projects and also evaluate the impact of new operation process on quality management.
5、质量文化打造,面向管理/质量关键岗做质量标准培训,质量文化活动与宣传等,营造质量氛围。
Build and promote quality culture and conduct training to manager and key quality management people.1、5年以上电商物流仓配运营或质量管理经验；
5 years experience on ecommerce warehouse management or quality management;
2、具有较强的横纵向的沟通协同与项目推动能力,担任过重要项目负责人,能对风险把控并确保结果产出；
Strong capability on cross team coordination and project management and able to deliver project result;
3、有双十一大促库存保障、项目统筹与管理经历更优；
Inventory management for mega compaign will be a plus;
4、对库内作业流程关键质量管理环节有深刻的认识,具有质量管理及不断改进的经验和方法；
Deep understanding on key warehouse operation process and rich experience on quality improvement
5、有较强的数据处理及系统思维能力,对仓配系统较为熟悉
Data analysis and systematic thinking capability, as well as basic knowledge on WMS system.
