Cainiao-Last Mile Dispatcher-Paris

Attached to the Operations Supervisor, the Route Dispatcher is in charge of monitoring delivery routes.
The mission of the Route Dispatcher is to control the routes of the different delivery partners, and the real-time management of the routes to optimize delivery.

Its main functions are

• Monitor delivery routes in real time through the different management systems.

• Communicate with those responsible for DSP to ensure the necessary corrections of the routes.

• Verify the information provided by the drivers and coordinate the necessary actions to complete the deliveries.

• Ensure the briefing and debriefing with the distributors.

Internal functions and responsibilities

• Daily report on the status of routes (delivery success, delivery issues, engagement rate, etc.)

• Control and report of route finish / nor finished.

• Verification of daily capacity.
  Experience

• 2 years in similar position.
