Job Responsibilities：
1.Attendance Management:
○ Manage attendance management system, monitoring daily/periodical attendance data
○ Collaborate with warehouse HR and supervisors to address attendance concerns and provide guidance on policy interpretation and system
○ Assist in the development and delivery of training programs aimed at educating supervisors and labor agencies on attendance policies and systems
2.Onboarding/Offboarding
○ Manage and execute the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
○ Contract management and personnel file management
3.Employee Inquiry
○ Act as a primary point of contact for employees regarding HR policies and procedures
○ Address employee inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
4.Benefits Administration:
○ Manage the benefits enrollment process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
○ Coordinate with benefits providers to resolve any issues or discrepancies
○ Maintain up-to-date records of employee benefits and eligibility
5.Payroll
○ Manage the payroll daily operations, ensure the salary, income tax and social security are filed and paid in time
○ Collect the local regulations, and optimize the standard payroll process
○ Design and implement the whole lifecycle of the service fee settlement for out-sourcing workers

Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
● 3+ years of experience in HR operations (SSC and Payroll) or a related field; Familiar with warehouse HR practices or payroll work experience in multinational corporation is a plus.
● Fluent in English, verbal and written.
● Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
● Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
● Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
● Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
● Able to deal with ambiguity and adapt to ad hoc requests.
