Effectively communicates with patients, patient#s families, and other patient care team members to facilitate optimal patient outcomes, while maintaining standards of professional nursing.

Establishes priorities for nursing action according to patient#s needs and formulates appropriate care. Performs continuous assessments and revises care plans based upon patient#s condition.

Qualifications:
