Cage Credit Clerk - On Call - Park MGM

THE JOB:

As a Cage Credit Clerk, you play a pivotal role in assisting guests, Casino Executives, and Corporate Credit by providing crucial financial information to facilitate credit decisions. Additionally, depending on property assets, you may also contribute to safety deposit box operations, ensuring seamless financial transactions and unparalleled guest satisfaction.

THE STARTING PAY RATE: $16.00/HR

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Deliver exceptional service by assisting guests with credit applications, guiding them through the process, and meticulously reviewing completed applications to ensure all necessary information is provided

• Create Players Club accounts for new guests; enter biographical data on new guests, update established accounts with new data if provided

• Perform data research through Central Credit

• Facilitate seamless financial transactions by liaising with banking institutions to obtain bank ratings and verify issued checks over the phone

• Utilize advanced scanning technology to accurately record and store identification and signatures in our secure computer system

• Audit safe deposit boxes weekly and report findings to cage management

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• A dynamic communicator with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences across all organizational levels

• Proficient in basic computer operations, adept at managing multiple phone lines, and facilitating productive conference calls between the bank and guests

• Takes pride in their work, can multitask, and describes themselves as detail-oriented

• Collaborate effectively with teammates, clients, and external stakeholders by using clear and effective written and spoken communication

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• At least 6 months of administrative experience

• Ability to work varied shifts to include weekends and holidays

• Either a High School Diploma or equivalent experience

• Either holds or is able to obtain a Nevada Gaming License
