Serves prepared food items, cooks to order, makes deli sandwiches to order, and batch cooks food items as needed. Responsible for correct portion control, and detailed knowledge of daily menu and food items.
Maintains sanitation of cafeteria inclusive of dining room and dish room. Implements excellent customer service skills at all times.
