Summary

Reporting to the Department Director and under direct supervision of the Public Dining Manager is responsible for closing down cafeteria operations each evening and assisting departments in patient meal service.

3:45pm-12:15am

Education

High school or equivalent (GED).

Certification, Registration, and Licensure

None required.

Experience

Minimum of one year experience in food service operation.

Responsibilities

  • Closes cafeteria serving area, dining room and kitchen down.

  • Processes transactions through Point Of Sale system.

  • Assembles patient food meal trays after Room Service has closed.

  • Sanitizes work area and department.

  • Performs food preparation.

  • Attends department meetings.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.
