Summary
Reporting to the Department Director and under direct supervision of the Public Dining Manager is responsible for closing down cafeteria operations each evening and assisting departments in patient meal service.
Education
High school or equivalent (GED).
Certification, Registration, and Licensure
None required.
Experience
Ideal candidate will have kitchen experience, grill experience, and some leadership experience. Will have the ability to work unsupervised and lead 2-3 other employees when management and supervisors are not in the building.
Responsibilities
Closes cafeteria serving area, dining room and kitchen.
Processes transactions through Point Of Sale system.
Assembles patient food meal trays after Room Service has closed.
Sanitizes work area and department.
Performs food preparation.
Leads group of 2-3 employees in closing procedures

Recruitment Bonus
This is applicable to external candidates only. In addition, if you have previously worked at Concord Hospital, you have to be separated for at least one year since your termination date to be eligible. If hired and you meet our criteria, you would receive a $250 paid out at 30 days and $250 paid out at 6 months of employment, totaling $500.
