Job Summary

As the Café Manager at SAS Institute, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a multi-unit café including a corporate café and an onsite Starbucks. Your role involves managing client relationships, driving account profitability, and leading talent development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial aspects, including P&L and budget management for the café.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Collaborate with chefs and the management team to provide nutritious, top-quality food.
• Implement and support new culinary programs in partnership with the Company's marketing and culinary teams.
• Act as the main liaison between the Company, clients, and the community.

Preferred Qualifications:

• BS in Hospitality or related field preferred.
• 4-5 years of leadership experience in foodservice management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple units effectively.
• Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of financial and operational management.
• Proficient in relevant software applications.
• Strong interest in developing and supporting marketing campaigns.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
