MHC Healthcare is seeking a Caf Employee to join our Copper Caf team at the MHC Main Health Center, located in the heart of Marana, AZ. MHC Healthcare is a Federally Qualified Community Health Center (FQHC), with 15 sites in Tucson and Pima County. MHC Healthcare is building a world-class integrated health care system that is committed to caring for special populations, and focused on improving health outcomes for our patients. The Caf Employee will be responsible for assisting the Caf Manager in the daily opening and closing of the caf. The Caf Employee will also be responsible for ensuring the food preparation area is clean and orderly.
The ideal candidate will have the following education and experience:
High School Diploma or GED; required.
Three (3) month's experience in food preparation, preferred.
The ideal candidate will also possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:
Ability to obtain a food handlers license.
Ability to greet, serve and provide good customer service.
Good verbal communication skills.
Ability to work with people from various cultural backgrounds
Ability to count change and reconcile cash drawer at the end of each shift.
