In order to participate in Berklee Student Employment, a student must fulfill the following requirements: Current student at Berklee College of Music or Boston Conservatory at Berklee.

Enrolled at least half-time in a degree, diploma, or certificate-seeking undergraduate or graduate program. Summer is the only semester in which a student can maintain employment without being enrolled. In this case, the student must be pre-registered for the upcoming fall semester.

This exception does not apply to fall or spring semesters. Have a valid United States Social Security Number (SSN). Remain in "valid" Visa status as applicable. A minimum 2.0 cumulative GPA.

Students in their first semester can work, even though they do not have an official GPA until the completion of their first semester. Federal Work Study student may apply. In good disciplinary standing.

Mandatory training and pre-show preparation will take place from January 23-February 9, 2025.

Position Overview Caf Shows are nightly performances held from 10:00-11:00 PM, Tuesday through Sunday, during an 8-week period each fall and spring semester.

These shows predominantly showcase original music, including artist sets, band sets, open mics, and themed nights. The Marketing Coordinator - Content Creator is responsible for managing the visual and video content for Caf Shows' marketing efforts.

This includes creating promotional Instagram reels, directing artist interviews, capturing high-quality photos, and contributing to innovative marketing strategies. As part of the marketing team, you will contribute to one of Berklee's most valued traditions, gain networking opportunities, and connect with the school community. Duties & Responsibilities Schedule artists for promo reel filming using tools like Calendly.

Conduct artist interviews for each show. Edit and post Instagram reels using CapCut or similar software. Collaborate with the team to develop innovative marketing strategies.

Film and edit creative content beyond interviews for marketing purposes. Capture high-quality photos during two shows each week. Select and prepare photos for editing and posting on social media.

Participate in the show selection process. Attend weekly one-hour marketing meetings. Participate in required training sessions at the start of the semester.
