Position Summary

The Manager Advanced TV will work with agency buying/planning teams, clients, to develop programmatic TV/Video strategy and tactics to meet clients' objectives leveraging data and technology.

Essential Functions

  • Accountable for the overall success of programmatic client campaigns

  • Maintain a deep understanding of MAGNA and MAGNA Advanced TV capabilities and our clients' business

  • Champion growth programmatic initiatives across Mediabrands

  • Build, grown and maintain outstanding relationships with key agency client leads

  • Liaise between key internal groups on each account (marketplace, research/analytics, product, operations) to insure client needs are being met

  • Design and deliver performance updates, business reviews and growth opportunity presentations to agencies

  • Drive holistic screen agnostic video buying approach

  • Identify and deliver new audience based programmatic solutions to drive business growth

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience

Work Experience:

  • 3-6 years agency planning, data/research, or buying experience

Skills:

  • Extensive knowledge of TV buying and maintenance tools and understanding of digital is preferable

  • Proficiency in MSFT Office; deep experience with data analysis in Excel, including pivot tables and advanced functions

  • Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communicator

  • Outstanding relationship and business builder

  • Forward / innovative thinker with an ability to design / deliver within current capability, process, technology

  • Successful operating in a regional office and effectively leveraging team-members in other geographies

  • Collaborative team-player yet comfortable with independence

  • Can multi-task, prioritize, and balance time across clients, multiple partner relationships and internal initiatives on a daily basis while maintaining a profound attention to detail

This is a phenomenal opportunity for the right impact player. This key role will drive product development for Xandr's strategic TV Marketplace reporting to Head of Product – TV Platform. This individual will help formulate product design, vision, and strategy broadly working in close collaboration with the members of the TV Platform senior leadership team while directing a team of senior product development managers and related engineering activities. Deep understanding of Digital in addition to TV advertising is a must. Demonstrated ability to collaborate across product and engineering teams, manage direct reports, and drive engineering to successful outcomes in an agile environment is critical.
