Position: Manager, US FP&A, Cadreon

Position Summary

The Finance Manager will support the Finance Director, US FP&A in day-to-day financial operations, and support all other finance deliverables reporting as noted below. Responsibilities include timely and accurate financial reporting, budget and forecast building and ad hoc analysis.

This role will contribute to the overall strategic company plan through development of robust financial insight and actionable data, informed by a deep understanding of financial and business priorities.

This position requires a motivated, results-oriented finance professional with strong analytical skills and who must be able to manage and complete multiple financial analysis projects accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Functions

  • Analyze financial performance, taking into account internal targets and benchmarks set forth by Kinesso and Cadreon.

  • Assist in providing consolidated and regional Cadreon US Monthly/Quarterly/Annual financial reporting requirements for US leadership, providing updates and responding to inquiries from Cadreon WW and Kinesso.

  • Build and manage Quarterly Budget and Monthly Flash Reports and Templates to be distributed across all US regions and Cadreon US Corporate; maintain all standard reporting templates for each forecast.

  • Understand & drive insights from the company P&L

  • Analyze financial results and communicate key messages to senior members of the finance team

  • Support in creating presentations for executive team covering financial results and strategic progress

  • Ensure that reporting requirements and uploads, as well as all financial transactions such as payables, occur on a timely basis, with accuracy

  • Ensure agency complies with corporate guidelines, client contracts, SOX and other requirements

  • Coordinate regional deadlines and deliverables, including budget, forecast and quarterly submissions

  • Create ad-hoc financial analyses as needed

  • Analyze existing processes and identify process improvement opportunities and provide support as new processes are coordinated and put in place

  • Work directly with other finance teams to develop operational and financial efficiencies

Job specifications

  • BS/BA in Business Administration discipline required

  • 5+ years of experience in a financial operations role, with budgeting and analysis responsibilities. Media or Digital advertising industry experience is preferred.

  • Working knowledge of GAAP is required.

  • Experience in a fast paced, client service environment; a high sense of urgency, a positive attitude and willingness to learn

  • Must have the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines; possession of strong organizational and time-management skills, the ability to understand and establish appropriate priorities, excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail

  • Proven ability to build relationships with team members and business unit leads

  • The individual will be expected to work independently and also be able to collaborate with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance, problem solving, and results
