Position Summary:
The CAD Manager builds and oversee the CAD department at Centerline Solutions. The individual in this position reviews and coordinates all aspects of design for cell tower builds, modifications and maintenance as required per project specifications and demand, and monitors and meets accuracy requirements and timely completion of projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The essential duties and responsibilities regularly performed and normally assigned to this position are as follows:

  • Lead, plan and setup/ CAD production

  • Implement and enforce CAD Standards

  • Organize and maintain CAD Files

  • Setup CAD design files

  • Enforce CAD Standards with staff

  • Coordinate new software implementation with IT Department

  • Provide technical support for CAD Software (Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3d, etc.)

  • Train and support office CAD staff

  • Provide support for plotting and electronic submissions

  • Maintain plotters (Inventory and supplies)

  • Coordinate with print shops/vendors for project submissions

  • Electronically submit projects to internal clients

  • Scheduling drawing completion

  • Coordinate Customization of CAD Programs

  • Interact on project standards coordination with clients

  • Ensure CAD vendor management

  • Other duties as identified and assigned.

Competencies, Education, and Experience:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3d, Revit

  • Strong leadership and management skills

  • Demonstrated attention-to-detail

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Results oriented

  • Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality

  • Coaching, collaboration, communication, conflict management, delegation, motivating others, managing performance, etc.)

  • Demonstrated ability to building relationships promoting teamwork

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while working on a variety of projects.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to determine what is needed to design and complete a project on time.

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Knowledge of telecommunications industry, regulatory, codes and standards a plus

  • CAD management experience preferred.

  • Training in computer aided drafting

  • 8+ years of related experience in engineering consulting or 5+ years in the construction environment

  • Experience with Revit, AutoCAD and Civil 3d

  • Detailed oriented 3d modeling experience.

Travel: This position is generally expected to require minimal overnight travel. The individual in this role should be able and willing to travel as required.

Work Environment & Physical Demands: The standard work environment for this position is an indoors business office. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will frequently sit talk or hear, and will occasionally stoop, kneel, and reach with hands and arms. This position is responsible for the successful operation of Splash Aquatic Park concessions. May be required to work at the indoor facility, the Golden Community Center or the outdoor facility, Splash Aquatic Park. Work schedule may include days, evenings, weekends and holidays. JOB SUMMARY Responsible for inventory control, ordering and storage of items necessary for efficient concession operations. Minimizes opportunities for waste of product. Responsible for cleanliness of food and beverage facility, inside and adjacent outside areas, including specified eating areas. Keeps abreast of all issues related to security and safety, including knowledge of local health and sanitation requirements, rules and regulations. Responsible for ensuring preparation of all menu items at highest possible quality. Responsible for assessing service issues including line speed and proper staffing to address any and all volume levels. Ensures customer service is perceived by park users as courteous and efficient. Ensures that all food and beverage staff is in compliance with established rules, regulations and policies. Responsible for supervision of concessions staff including scheduling, safety, appearance, new employee orientation and initial training. Monitors food and beverage budget on daily, weekly and monthly schedules via established set of systems and procedures for tracking sales, cost and profit revenues. Maintains strict cash control and accounting for daily cash register transactions. Reports daily and weekly numbers and personnel issues to supervisor in a timely manner. Fosters a work environment characterized by open communications, interaction and the sharing of information pertinent to the success of the food and beverage operation. Runs errands as necessary for completion of job duties. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Directly supervises part-time concession employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include: assists with interviewing, selection and training of employees; planning, assigning and directing work; addressing complaints and resolving problems. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general education diploma (GED) required. Minimum two years (2) prior food service operation experience required. Must have working knowledge of cooking and commercial kitchen operations including inventory management. Prior supervisory experience preferred. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Must possess a valid driver's license and a good driving record. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
