Reading Blueprints/Manuals/Drawings

• Studies plans and specifications for project to understand what needs to be done and how to complete the work

• Utilized from fabrication through to installation

• Follows drawings to produce final product

Interior Cabinet / Monument Fabrication and Assembly

• Fabricates and assembles interior cabinets/monuments into aircrafts including: cabinets, gallies, desks, bulkheads and stereo cabinets

• Uses power tools such as table saws, band saws, routers, sanders and portable power equipment to assemble products

• Uses blueprints and other technical publications to complete assembly on such cabinets/monuments

Interior Cabinet / Monument Installation

• Completes cabinetry installation and trim fabrication into the aircraft's interior utilizing blueprints

• Applies appropriate veneers and finishes to interior cabinets and monuments

Components and Fixture Installations

• Installation of interior components/ fixtures (e.g. lighting, DVD players, humidifiers, monitors, switch panels, coat hooks, etc.)

Repair and Modification of Interior Cabinets/Monuments

• Repairing existing interior fixtures and cabinets

• Making modifications to interior fixtures and cabinets after assembly
