Rate: $13.00 per hour

This position will be responsible for producing assembled cabinets from component material to acceptable quality standards. The dedicated, hardworking individual will be expected to work within the framework of a team and produce cabinets both with a team member and individually. The Builder must maintain the minimum daily production standards, and will be evaluated by members of the supervisory team to ensure that quality and production standards are achieves.


  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

  • Assemble cabinets to both quality and production standards

  • Work as a member of a team and be able to perform at different work stations throughout the production process

  • The ability to build specialty cabinets and install accessory items to both quality and production standards

  • Assist department leadership with multiple tasks including continuous improvement initiatives, inventory and product reclamation

  • Other duties as assigned


  • Must be 18 years or older

  • Ability to follow all safety rules

  • Possession of a high school diploma or a general equivalency diploma (G.E.D)

  • Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs., frequently lift and/or move up to 75 lbs. Occasionally will need to lift and/or move up to 120 lbs. with assistance

  • Ability to understand instructions and to follow procedures

  • Good work ethic required and must maintain a professional attitude

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment

  • Ability to work in various roles in a dynamic work environment and take on new tasks

  • Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience necessary

  • Must be highly organized, self-motivated and have reliable attendance

  • Must be a team player with a positive and cooperative attitude

  • Must show courtesy to co-workers, customers, and all others with whom contact occurs

VIEW JOBS 3/6/2020 12:00:00 AM 2020-06-04T00:00 Job Title: Quality Control Technician Department: Quality Control Reports To: Quality Assurance Supervisor Mon-Fri 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Starting rate: $13.00 per hour Class III Job Purpose: This position is primarily responsible for the quality control inspections and procedures in all operational departments and assisting the Quality Control Supervisor in other areas as needed. This position is also responsible for handling the communication and corrective action measures with the Production Department, Quality Control Supervisor, and Operations Management. Key Duties and Responsibilities: * Responsible for inspecting assembled cabinet quality in the Production Department and inspecting the quality of inbound flat pack and component shipments. * Facilitate communication between production employees, and communicate issues to the Production Supervisor and Operations Management. * Work with the Production Department and Operations Management to provide quality control data and implement new solutions to prevent quality defects. * Responsible for compiling and reporting all appropriate quality control related data to the Quality Control Supervisor and Operations Management. * Work to update and maintain the general quality specifications manual. * Other duties as assigned Minimum Job Requirements: * Knowledge of basic computer skills, including the ability to send and receive email and have basic proficiency in Windows, Outlook, Word, and Excel. * Must be in good standing in regards to performance, professionalism & attendance. * Demonstrated ability to follow all safety rules. * Demonstrated ability to understand instructions and to follow procedures. * Must be well organized and have high attention to detail. * Demonstrated ability to work independently, while also being an active member of a larger team. * Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic work environment and willingness to assume new responsibilities.
