Signature Retail Services is looking to hire a Retail Reset Team Project Manager to join our team. Project Managers are responsible for all phases of all retail reset and new store set up projects from lead generation through closeout. This is position reports to the Vice President of Capital Projects for our home center division.

Our retail construction reset teams focus on large capital projects including remodels, new store setups and category resets and removal of old racking and fixtures, along with the installation of new H-Frame, cantilever, gondola shelving, sign installations, and other displays.

ABOUT SIGNATURE RETAIL SERVICES

We are a full-service retail services company that provides nationwide new store setup and reset merchandising support services that enable retailers and product manufacturers to optimize their retail environments and focus on what they do best--SALES. Our focus is on the hardware, home center, and mass merchant sectors.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Serve as the primary contact for all project related communications.

  • Coordinate closely with field staff on all aspects of project implementation and completion.

  • Lead and direct the work of other project team members as needed.

  • Manage and mentor all team members to maximize results.

  • Deal directly with all personnel involved with the greater project team.

  • Regular job site walks with all Retail Partners to finalize all projects include but not limited to; Preconstruction Planning, Estimating, Scheduling, Contract Administration, Temp Labor Selection & Coordination, Cost Management, Project and Worksite Safety, Punch list & Project Closeout, Client Follow Up & Retention.

  • Utilize web-based reporting platform to manage projects and analyze data to create reports for internal and external clients.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS YOU POSSESS

  • Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, PowerPoint, Access, Word, Outlook, and web browsers.

  • Experience using workforce management systems; Natural Insights is a plus.

  • Ability to work effectively with external and internal clients.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong work prioritization and decision-making skills.

  • Flexible and adaptable, able to adjust accordingly to changes in projects or business environment.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry related experience.

  • Must have 10 plus years of industry related experience with new store setup, resets, and retail store remodels.

  • Must have experience in data analysis and using CRM or workforce management systems. Experience using Natural Insights is a plus.

  • Experience in customer management, category and or brand management.

  • Documented track record in client development and customer satisfaction.

  • Travel is necessary.
