Job Description

HII-Technical Solutions Division (HII-TSD) is currently seeking an a Senior C5ISR Mission Partner Environment (MPE) Solutions Architect with extensive program management experience coordinating strategic messaging for a high visibility Mission Partner Environment (MPE) program portfolio with multiple US and foreign ally stakeholders. You will contribute immediately to the development and fielding of the MPE portfolio in support of the National Defense Strategy, the warfighter, and foreign Mission Partners.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Identifies, analyzes, and resolves program support deficiencies in the coordination of total system design activities. Develops and recommends corrective actions.

  • Lead customer engagement - planning activities, program and technical reviews, risk and quality management, program issue corrective actions/resolution across all active projects

  • May be called upon to represent MPE Executive Agent stakeholders in conferences and forums

  • Develop and document a process for communicating with and managing worldwide stakeholders related to MPE acquisition activities

  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, subcontractors and other outside organizations; integrate stakeholder engagements into the government's communications process

  • Manage information coordination across geo-dispersed portfolio stakeholders with several industry vendors collaborating to deliver end-state capabilities

Minimum Qualifications

  • 15 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 13 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 10 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19 years relevant experience.

  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with a collaborative team mindset

  • US Citizen

  • Located In National Capital Area close to Columbia, MD or Concord, Massachusetts, but remote coordination possible

  • Secret Clearance

  • An active certification in at least one of the following:

  • Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP)

  • Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification,

  • Federal Acquisition Certification for Program and Project Managers (FAC P/PM) Level 3,

  • Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III Program Management certification.

Preferred Requirements

  • Located close to Concord, Massachusetts

  • Previous exposure to or experience with some or all of the relevant capabilities, functions, missions, and processes of the US Defense Combatant Commands, CCMD JIOCs and coalition interoperability

  • Understanding of coalition intelligence and operational data sharing programs, techniques or methodologies
