C-146 / C-208 Aircrew Training Integrator

(Position is contingent upon Contract Award.)

The Electronic Systems Segment (ESS) provides a broad range of aerospace systems, security and detection systems, and pilot training.

L3 Doss Aviation is seeking a Training Integrator to be located at Duke Field, FL.

The Training Integrator (TI) will be the main point of contact and conduit between the contracted workforce and the Government. Training Integrators will coordinate through the Flight Operations Manager (FOM) to the Government Flight Representative (GFR) on all flight-related matters prior to engaging with the COR or government leadership.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Attend the weekly scheduling meetings

  • Full understanding of simulator modification impacts

  • Master Event Sequence List (MESL) development and update as required

  • Attending weekly training review boards (required training for assigned Mission Design Series (MDS) aircraft

  • Scheduling/committing of contracted instructor personnel to accomplish the duties outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS)

  • 10 years of AFSOC experience, of which 7 years employing AFSOC C-146 or C-208 aircraft, is required

  • Former AFSOC Aircrew Instructor

  • 2 years of AFSOC/AETC Formal Training Unit experience or MAJCOM or higher staff tour

  • Currently Active DoD Secret Security Clearance
