C-UAS Analyst

Key Role:

Provide subject matter expertise in the Fires and Movement and Maneuver Warfighting Functions focusing on doctrine, training and force modernization. Assist Army client with analyzing and understanding capability gaps from sUAS through IAMD. Provide technical expertise and recommendations regarding system design, development, integration, testing, acquisition and sustainment. Engage in the development of strategic and operational documents that address IAMD capabilities and emergent threats including Readiness Guidance and Pre-Deployment Training Guidance. Assist with the integration of theater specific equipping requirements into training in coordination with operational commands, force providers and partner nations for deploying units. Develop guidelines, strategies and instructions to ensure the most efficient FIRES program. Produce reports, information papers, briefings and other products for command leadership on threat capabilities and non-materiel solutions to counter them.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience with the U.S. military as a senior NCO, WO or Officer

• Experience with the Fires Warfighting Functional Areas such as Field Artillery, Air Defense Artillery, UAS or C-UAS related programs or activities

• Experience at staff Battalion or higher

• Secret clearance

• Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with Full Deployment Operations

• Experience with Force Modernization and Regionally Aligned Readiness and Modernization Model (ReARMM)

• Experience with Defense Acquisition System or Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) processes

• Experience with Cyber and Electromagnetic Activity (CEMA)

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
