Our technology SaaS platform continues to progress through new development and we have 120 clients using our product and services today. Our technology platform offers an easy-to-use, cloud-based solution to protect your organization and ensure end-to-end compliance. Its smart technology that has our industry expertise built right in designed to provide your company a single place to view your compliance and risk reporting, for your vendors, suppliers, tenants, subcontractors, franchisees, and carriers.
What You Will Be Doing

Our IT team is currently led by the IT Director. Reporting to him, are 4 software developers - two mid and two senior developers. We are seeking another Sr. Software Engineer that is full stack and .Net-focused. A good grasp of the front end is needed.

Our primary product:

The product is a certificate of insurance tracking and compliance verification system. It is a conglomeration of technologies at the moment including an older code base that is web forms and some modern technologies for single page apps such as AngularJS 1.3, KendoUI, JQuery with HTML5 and Ajax. We are also getting into more sophisticated OCR and some A.I. to automate more of the compliance verification process.

Our clients have insurance requirements and our system tracks these requirements (similar to a property management software). We work directly with insurance agents to get documents electronically and we then go through a recognition phase and pull data such as policy numbers, dates, etc. We have insurance experts that look at these documents and make sure everything is within compliance. Most of our current applications are built in Web Forms. Maintenance needs to be done on these Web Forms applications. New development on our SaaS offering is being done in newer technologies such as MVC, AngularJS, ReactJS, Kendo UI, and Entity Framework to name a few.
What You Need for this Position

At least 4 years of professional full stack development experience required

You should know some of the following:

  • HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, AngularJS (1.3), KendoUI, ReactJS

  • C#, ASP.Net Web Forms, ASP.Net MVC

  • Entity Framework, REST API's, AJAX

  • Visual Studio 2013+

  • SQL Server 2008 R2+

Responsibilities * Writes high quality code following modern best practices for both internal and external facing systems. * Utilizes source control, continuous integration and unit testing practices. * Debugs code issues and can provide impact assessments for changes, both within development and production environments. * Performs other duties as needed. * Can switch between work contexts in challenging environment. * Accurately estimates the magnitude and time requirements to complete for projects.
