The Business Valuation, Forensic and Litigation Services Senior Manager with a focus in Business Development manages a variety of engagements involving business valuation, economic damages, and other investigative and forensic accounting matters, and with engagements involving gift and estate tax reporting, merger and acquisition transactions, financial reporting, tax planning, commercial and personal litigation, marital dissolutions and succession planning. The culture at REDW is collaborative and entrepreneurial. The ideal candidate should be motivated and possess strong skills in project management, leading, managing, and business development.

Candidates must have a strong knowledge and prior experience in business valuation and/or financial due diligence and/or forensics. What you will be doing Develop a go-to-market approach in or around our Salem, OR office, which will include developing trusted relationships with clients and other REDW team members. Lead business development initiatives and events for both existing clients as well as targeted new accounts and network with prospects to build revenue producing relationships.

Lead internal and external practice development efforts and overall account management for the Oregon market. While your geographic area of focus would be to help expand our existing Oregon client base, you could also support other important geographic areas for our Business Valuation and Related Financial Services practice such as New Mexico, Arizona, and Oregon. Serve as the lead professional on engagements—serving as a principal contact with client personnel, managing client deliverables, and overseeing engagement colleagues.

Direct the efforts of managers and analysts, providing guidance and mentorship. What will set you apart Demonstrated client account management abilities. Demonstrated direct impact to revenue growth at clients.

Exceptional analytical abilities. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and project management skills. Ability and desired willingness to travel.

Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously. What will help you be successful The ideal candidate will be highly motivated with an exceptional work ethic and have a demonstrated track record of client development. 12 years of professional experience. Undergraduate degree from an accredited institution.

Business valuation designation (ASA, CVA, and/or ABV).
