As a Buyers Agent, you will harmonize the end-to-end buying experience as a dedicated, knowledgeable and experienced real estate professional. You will engage new buyers, represent them exclusively, be a local expert, helpful, dependable, and highly competent. Driving the team and Compass to gain market share across every major market, helping everyone find their place in the world.

The Buyer's Agent will:

  • Engage new buyers and cultivate those contacts into clients

  • Guide the buyers' throughout the end to end buying process

  • Provide unbiased representation to our clients

  • Manage clients directly through the deal flow with the assistance of the Team Lead

  • Actively promote and engage with other team agents to grow market share and positive team reputation

  • Actively work to promote the Compass Agent Team within the region and local market

What we're looking for:

  • Licensed Texas real estate agent

  • Neighborhood or building experience with knowledge of comps, availability, neighborhood data, market values

  • Negotiation expertise tailored to buyers' needs

  • In-depth understanding of the real estate services and its position in local markets

  • Self-motivated, driven and energetic

  • Willingness to work hard in a fast paced environment

  • Exceptional written, verbal, phone and presentation skills

  • Service oriented attitude with a client first focus

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Successfully closed residential sales are a plus

This position will not be a member of the Compass Employee Team. In this role you will be employed directly by an Agent Team that hangs their real estate license with Compass. This role will not be employed by Compass. Any compensation will be paid by the Agent Team.

Join our team of leaders to begin a rewarding career. Current Need McKesson is seeking an Associate Replenishment Buyer to join our team in Las Colinas, TX. Working days are Monday – Friday. Hours are flexible, must start between 6:30 AM – 8:00 AM and work end time must be no earlier than 3:30 PM. Position Summary Associate Replenishment Buyers are responsible for the achieving optimal inventory for the assigned products/accounts and also manages any/all assigned external/external customer relationships. Associate Replenishment Buyers will also be required to problem solve, forecast, and analyze data to fulfill inventory needs. Key Responsibilities * Conduct inventory replenishment duties for designated accounts/distribution center(s) to include inventory management, adherence to McKesson's SLA goals, and the management and analytics of forecasting trends (demand forecasting and lead time forecasting). * Establish, maintain, and expand regular communication with external customers (suppliers, vendors, etc.) and internal stakeholders (distribution center managers, purchasing team, etc.), ensuring quick response times and satisfactory problem resolution and developing strong customer partnerships to ensure the success of McKesson's buying programs. * Responsible for maintaining an adequate in-stock position of inventory, ensuring that inventory is turned consistently to maximize sales while minimizing loss in shrink. * Collaborate with Purchasing Manager and Business Analysts to make recommendations on improvements to internal processes. * Perform other duties as assigned by management. Minimum Requirements * 2+ years of replenishment buyer experience (preferably within the Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry) and basic understanding of demand forecasting and/or supply chain Critical Skills * Ability to develop and maintain effective, positive internal/external working relationships with a diverse group of individuals; excellent relationship management skills. * Excellent negotiation abilities with strong math skills. * Strong computer skills, including MS Office suite, to include Excel, Word and Outlook. Additional Skills * Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment; ability to prioritize and plan work activities, using time efficiently. * Able to execute without direct supervision. * Excellent attention to detail. * Able to set priorities, meet deadlines, accomplish team objectives, and resolve issues appropriately independently, in a timely manner. * Able to work well under pressure; strong sense of urgency. * Solid decision and resolution management skills. * Strong interpersonal, oral and written communications. * Strong business acumen, analytical skills with exposure to process improvement and project management. * Readily able to learn and adapt to new computer applications, system upgrades and other technology as necessary. * Must be open to feedback and have the ability to be flexible and adaptable.
