Position Summary:

Assists in the maintenance of the pharmacy inventory including all purchasing functions; maintains the hospital formulary computer drug base; maintains time and attendance payroll functions; ensures completion of all nursing unit inspections. Responsible for the routine secretarial and administrative duties to the director which includes correspondence, communication and other assigned tasks.. Serves as a pharmacy technician on an as assigned with duties that include medication order filling, unit restocking, unit dose processing, IV admixture and charge/crediting functions. Performs only such duties as permitted by law and regulated by the State Board of Pharmacy.Qualifications:

• Current/Active Florida Registered Pharmacy Technician (RPT)
• Education 1: High School Graduate/Equivalent
