You will work within our new products team and be responsible for supplier identification, make/buy analysis, and project management while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in Engineering, Procurement, and Manufacturing. 3 years of Sourcing/Buying experience within a manufacturing environment Must be experienced as a Project Manager, or at least understand being deadline driven, cross-collaboration, and adhering to timelines.

Supplier identification is key Ability to handle procurement through working with vendors and negotiation. Proven presentation skills with the ability to garner buy-in. Experience with Lean supply chain tools preferred.
