Essential Job Functions

• Create purchase orders for various functional areas as required and monitor for completion.

• Match daily receiving paperwork with purchase order. Check for errors and review paperwork from vendor.

• Work with maintenance and finance on MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Operations)

• AP review for reconciling invoices, providing comments for issues and matching purchase orders.

• Paperwork Filing for various functional areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus equivalent experience in logistics/supply chain manufacturing facility. College degree preferred.

• 2-5 years experience with purchase order creation and monitoring required.

• JD Edwards or similar program knowledge for purchase order creation required.

• Medius Review (AP System) for invoice processing, matching invoices to purchase orders and timely payment of bills.

• Microsoft Excel experience at an intermediate level required.

• Office administrator or similar experience preferred.

• Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.

• Must have good communication skills, both written and verbal to include strong organizational and presentation skills.

• Must be able to effectively work with and appropriately collaborate with various functional areas.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks both short term and long term while keeping the overall company objective in mind.

• Strong attention to detail.
