SUPPLY CHAIN CLERK JOB AVAILABLE IN NEWPORT NEWS, VA

Volt is immediately hiring for Supply Chain Admin Clerk in Newport News, VA

As a Supply Chain Admin Clerk, you will be:

• Responsible for developing and executing inventory replenishment strategies that meet the aligned business strategy.

• Manages inventory replenishment settings and adjusts deliver targets end to end.

• Ensure planned orders are processed in line with expectations.

• Designs, implements, and actions alerts that identify exceptional issues impacting service and/or inventory.

• Works with Fulfillment to flow the product through Ferguson warehouses by using the optimal replenishment settings without impacting customer service.

• Monitors rebalancing of assigned inventory to ensure excess inventory is optimized.

• Utilizes planning software to build optimal containers and/or truckload orders to suppliers.

This is a Full-time Contract opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

• Advanced skills in Excel (pivots, lookups) preferred.

• Experience working in supply chain planning software a plus.

• Administrative experience.

Pay Rate: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour.

• Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
