Summary: Delivers food orders prepared in kitchen to restaurant guests in a prompt and courteous manner.
Essential Job Functions:
Reads ticket orders of prepared food and determines delivery location.
Garnishes prepared food prior to delivery.
Acknowledges guests and delivers orders according to standards.
Resolves food order discrepancies quickly with food server and/or kitchen personnel.
Other duties may be assigned.
Less than high school education; up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be available to work flexible shifts, nights, and weekends.
Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Physical and Mental Demands:
Regularly required to see, talk and hear; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and walk.
Frequently required to stoop, and kneel.
Must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
Able interact with others while maintaining a positive and courteous demeanor.
