Key Responsibilities: Clearing tables of used dishes, utensils, and waste.

Efficiently and promptly reset tables by wiping them down and arranging seating. Collaborating with the waitstaff by promptly refilling water glasses, offering coffee if available, replacing used utensils, clearing plates between courses, and providing condiments and assistance as required. Responsively and courteously attending to guest requests, ensuring their needs are met to enhance their overall dining experience.

Maintaining a well-stocked supply of utensils, napkins, condiments, and other essential items. Establishing effective communication and coordination between the front-of-house and back-of-house operations by working closely with the kitchen and waitstaff. Monitor and upkeep the cleanliness of restrooms, conducting regular checks, cleaning as necessary, and consistently restocking supplies.

Assisting with general cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting. Adhering to all safety and sanitation regulations to maintain a secure working environment for both staff and guests. Offering support to other team members during busy periods or special events to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.

Qualifications: Previous experience as a busperson or in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Proficiency in organization and effective task prioritization. Capability to work collaboratively as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and guests. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as dictated by business needs.

Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy items throughout the shift. Knowledge of safety and sanitation practices in a restaurant setting.
