THE JOB:

As a Busperson at Coraline's, you play a vital role in setting the stage for an outstanding guest experience. You'll be responsible for clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables swiftly and efficiently, ensuring seamless service delivery. By understanding our guests' unique stories and needs, you'll have the opportunity to create WOW memories they'll cherish long after their visit.

THE STARTING PAY: $10.00 per hour + tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Consistently provide a positive guest experience by promptly bussing and setting up tables, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in both front and back-of-house areas.

• Clean, sanitize, and polish dishware, utensils, and glassware to uphold Coraline's high standards of hygiene.

• Assist in maintaining the overall appearance of the restaurant, including regular cleaning tasks to ensure a welcoming environment for our guests.

• Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures to uphold guest safety and health regulations.

• Collaborate with the rest of the restaurant team to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required.

• Passion for delivering exceptional hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to cleanliness and sanitation.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
