  • You will need a Bachelors degree in Computer Science (CS), Computer Engineering(CE), or Information Technology -- from an accredited university.
  • MS or other advanced degree or certification in Design Thinking, UI/UX design, business
    analysis, systems analysis, or related fields is an advantageous.
    Required skills and responsibilities
  • Elicit and write high-level and detailed requirements and specification documents,
    including UI/UX mockups.
  • Study systems capacity and analyze it, perform modeling.
  • Use of documentation and collaboration tools such as wikis, project planning, etc. Be a
    stickler for details, they matter in engineering. You must be very organized.
  • Maintain a bank of ideas for current and future product enhancements. Be the voice of
    the project, the customer, and product.
  • Superior communication, coordination, and ownership of assignments. Teamwork.
  • Exceptional critical thinking skills. Perform analysis, write release notes, provide product
    enhancement materials to Marketing.
  • Be on top of your game. Be honest and a humble team player.
  • Pay attention to details. Include Hercules in a creative way in your resume.
  • Participate in software architecture sessions and arrive at a design that meets our
    product business goals. Document design decisions and alternatives.
  • Have an appreciation for technical and other project related documentation. You will be
    chiefly accountable for this important component of our projects.
  • Research new ideas, present alternatives and experimental results.
  • Measure and publish KPIs. Initiate continuous improvement steps.
  • Own your tasks, be able to take notes and follow through.

Advantageous skills

  • Propose milestones for measuring success, phases, and budget. Prepare detailedproject plans and track quality, scope, and schedule.
  • Reporting and dashboarding tools, ETL.


Design Thinking certification is an advantage.

This role will require the Business Analyst to act as a central point of contact for Global Finance Business Units, Corporate Finance, and the Corporate Systems team in order manage regular system processes as well as long term strategic initiatives. Primary Responsibilities Facilitates bottom-up and top-down operating budget and forecast development. Coordinates budget through communication with budget preparers. Help maintain Cognos TM1 models, databases, and reports. Cognos TM1 is a software package utilized company-wide for planning. Building of models, databases, and reports does not require programming skills, but does require strong computer skills. Validate data in TM1 against PeopleSoft and HFM. Research reconciling differences and recommend solutions. Provides support to Finance Managers on ad hoc analysis. Coordinate preload data collection from various groups. Assists with streamlining planning processes globally. Develops and writes procedure manuals, and budget reference manuals. Deliver training on various aspects of TM1 and Corporate Finance process QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
