Pay Range: $50- $55/hour, $86,000 with 10% Bonus. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Your Team Overview/ Department: Chat IVA team is part Digital Services and Customer experience which focuses on both Chat bot and agent experience.

• This team is responsible for driving CX for customers for all the customer journeys.

• Typical day in the role/task breakdown %: Business Requirements

• 60% , Existing Chat flow updates

• 30%, UAT - 10% (when required)

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Top 3 Must-have hard skills: Requirement gathering, Customer journey mapping, Data driven analysis, Technical writing.

• Looking for Systems Analyst who has some business knowledge, basically a Business System Analyst (not a Business Analyst).

• Hands on experience as Business Systems Analyst working with multiple stakeholders, especially development being done by vendor.

• Since it's a Systems Analyst role, projects where candidate has worked as a System analyst should be Web/Application development projects.

Not Looking for any coding experience but projects must be some development projects (any software development /app development projects).

• Strong communication skills, business understanding and must be good with business communication.
