Job Description:
5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst
Experience interacting with client side senior business managers for understanding the business vision
Ability to articulate business problem in a manner the technology team understands
Knowledge/experience on Agile Methodologies and Jeera tool
Preferred Good visualization skills specially in PowerBI/Tableau and preparing PPT presentations
Having an excellent problem solving skills
Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
Experience in understanding client requirements, documentation, analyzing the data and providing insights
Collaborating skills and experience in a multi-vendor environment
Good knowledge of technology Applications in the domain area of supply chain and logistics
Estimations story point/function point/feature point
Self-motivated and taking ownership of the responsibility for out comes

As an individual contributor responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and securing supply materials and engineering services. You will work with client in drafting, negotiating, administering, and managing the full range of domestic and global commercial contracts. The GSM will also manage the overall business-to-business relationships between client and the supplier through day-to-day interactions and supplier business reviews, ensuring the best leverage of company dollars. Job Responsibilities * You will represent client in drafting, negotiating, administering, and managing the full range of domestic and global commercial contracts. * Responsible for balancing schedule and technical needs while achieving the best possible value for the company through the use of innovative sourcing strategies. * Responsibilities include working closely with all levels of client and supplier groups as well as internal Finance and Legal Departments resulting in strategic supplier relationships that achieve cost-effective procurement decisions for the company. * Good understanding of how to integrate basic elements of a statement of work SOW into the overarching terms of a contract as well as negotiating both long-term and short-term engagements. * Utilize RFI Request for Information, RFP Request for Proposal, and RFQ Request for Quote techniques to identify, select, and engage with suppliers to ensure competitive market advantage. * Work with cross-functional organizations while enhancing strong internal relationships in order to meet business requirements and cost objectives. Take an innovative approach to business relationships and structure deals that yield the best value for the company. Skill or Qualification Requirements or Years of Experience: * BA/BS Required. MBA Desirable. APICS certification a plus but not required. * Successful candidate will have 3 years Operations experience, preferably in a high tech manufacturing or computer-related industry. * Must have 5 years negotiating contracts for the procurement of IT hardware, software, services and telecom equipment and services experience. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in product planning, demand forecasting, inventory management, or supply chain management is preferred. Vendor negotiation, pricing and logistics experience. * Strong Excel modeling analysis skills are a must and strong Pivot tables, vLookups, Tables and Formulas creation required. * Experience in Word, Pages, Keynote and other project management applications * Experience managing and maneuver in high volume, fast pace environment Important information: This position is recruited for by a remote Kelly office, not your local Kelly branch.
